Ted Peluso Owner

Bio: At 11 Ted joined the
family business, and helped his father and uncle after school
for many years until he graduated in 1958. A true green-thumb,
Ted enjoys traveling and spending time with his six grandchildren
and wife, Christine. Ted has four children, Michael, Stacy,
Dan, and Kristen, three of whom also work at Shawmut. When
he is not traveling the globe, Ted tends to his garden in
Saugus, MA. |

Michael Peluso

Bio: Michael graduated
from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1986. He has
been an important force of Shawmut’s Sales and Marketing
for over 18 years. Michael has been married to Michele for
17 years and is involved with the soccer program in North
Reading, MA. They have two children, Justin and Isabella. |

Bio: As Shawmut's Vice
President of Operations, Dan oversees the entire production
workflow. He is responsible for the successful coordination
of the Customer Service, Desktop, Pressroom, Bindery and Shipping
Departments. Dan graduated from the Whitman School of Management
at Syracuse University in 1997 and is also a graduate of St.
John's Prep here in Danvers, MA. He lives with his wife Heather
in Boxford, MA and they enjoy traveling as well as the Boston
sports scene. |

Stacy Peluso-Slaney Vice President of Business Development

Bio: As our Vice President, Stacy is responsible for developing new clientele and for our marketing communications in support of our sales department. Stacy graduated from Endicott College in 1991 with a degree in Graphic Communications. Stacy joined Shawmut in 1993 as an Account Executive. Stacy volunteers her time and resources to “The Walk to Remember” a non-profit organization that remembers babies who die each year due to pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and early infant death. She also is on the board of the Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund (CTF) which enables more than 100 organizations statewide to prevent child abuse and neglect by providing the most effective programs for promoting good parenting and strong families. Stacy is also an author and illustrator of three children’s books and is currently working on her fourth. She is married to Stephen, lives in Lynnfield, MA, and has three wonderful children, Jake, Riley, and Luke. |

Bio: Jim began as a feeder
in 1962 for Harvard Box Company. He joined the Shawmut team
in 1972 as a press operator and became our Plant Manager in
1987. Jim’s duties include on-Press Approvals and day-to-day
oversight of the plant. He and his wife Carol have been married
for 39 years. They have two children and are the proud grandparents
of two grandchildren. Jim lives in Exeter, NH, and is an enthusiastic
NASCAR fan. |

Carlos Moreno Mailing

Bio: Carlos joined our
team in December of 2003 and has been our manager of Mailing
and Fulfillment since, bringing with him an additional 8 years
of in-house mailing and fulfillment experience from a local
private company. He and his wife Jennifer have two children,
Ashley and Carlos. Carlos spends his free time coaching soccer
and staying involved in his children’s extracurricular
activities. |

Bio: Paul has been a member
of Shawmut Printing for over 25 years, beginning as a Cutter
Operator and migrating into Desktop by 1985. Paul is an active
participant in his local church of Exeter, NH, as a lay-minister.
He and his wife Doris of 35 years have two children and eight
grandchildren. |

Bio: Tricia began as a
job costing clerk and has developed into Shawmut's Comptroller
over her 15 year career here. She is married to her husband
Gary of 13 years and has one child. Tricia is a strong supporter
of her community and is a member of Junior Woman's Club of
Walpole. |

Dan Ortolaza Estimator

Bio: A product of Chelsea
High School, Daniel began working for Shawmut in 1994. As
a bindery helper, Daniel demonstrated potential for much more.
Twelve years later he heads up the Estimating Department with
as much knowledge and dedication as any estimator in the business.
An avid music enthusiast, Daniel spends much of his time listening
to classic Latin tunes as he travels from as far north as
New Hampshire to as far south as Maryland visiting family
on a regular basis. |
